The naive attempt to fathom,
Understand, interpret, dissect.

To create the thoughts,
Find the words,
To describe
Just what it is.
Understanding it
Takes no words,
No thoughts.
Nothing but the
Feelings
Of who you are.
We pursue an
Explanation,
Strive for the words,
The easy, emotionless,
Rendition
Of what life is.
But, we are bound to fail.
Allowing ourselves to
Fully feel,
Would mean to give up
The control,
To be open:
Defenseless and
Weak.
